Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Poros Dispatch handles information when authorized users access the platform and use its booking, dispatch, driver-management and payment features.

Information we process

Depending on how the platform is used, Poros Dispatch may process business account information, authorized user's Google account email address, customer contact details, ride information, driver information, payment-status information and operational notes.

Google account information

Poros Dispatch may use a signed-in user's Google account email address to identify the user and determine which business and role they are authorized to access. Google-related permissions are used only to provide app functionality requested by the user, including authenticated access, sending operational emails and connecting the application to its backend services.

How information is used

Information is used to provide ride-management features, assign and support drivers, send booking or reminder communications, create payment requests, maintain payment status, secure accounts, troubleshoot the service and operate the platform.

Payments

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Poros Dispatch does not need to store complete payment-card numbers in order to operate its ride-payment workflow.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to operate the platform, such as Google, Stripe, hosting and database providers. Poros Dispatch does not sell personal information.

Data security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to limit unauthorized access to application data. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Data retention and deletion

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations and protect the platform. Authorized business users may request correction or deletion of information where applicable.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
