Use of the service

Poros Dispatch provides software tools for private transportation businesses, including ride management, driver workflows, customer communications and payment-related features. Users may access the service only for authorized business purposes.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for maintaining control of the accounts they use to access Poros Dispatch. Access may be limited according to a user's assigned business and role.

Business responsibilities

Transportation businesses using Poros Dispatch remain responsible for their own drivers, vehicles, customer relationships, pricing, licensing, insurance, transportation services and compliance obligations.

Payments

Payment-processing functionality may be provided through Stripe or other third-party payment services. Payment processing is also subject to the applicable provider's terms and requirements.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, interfere with the service, misuse another person's information or use Poros Dispatch for unlawful activity.

Availability

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party outages, technical failures or other circumstances. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Third-party services

Poros Dispatch may rely on third-party services such as Google, Stripe, hosting providers and database providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Poros Dispatch develops. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
